主旨：為使公教員工透過更多元管道知悉各項福利服務措施，請查照協助辦理宣導事宜並請轉知所屬同仁。
說明：
一、依行政院人事行政總處(以下簡稱人事總處)109年2月7日總處給字第10900262461號書函辦理。
二、人事總處為營造友善家庭之職場環境，統籌規劃辦理房屋貸款、消費性貸款等多項福利服務措施，提供全國公教員工及其眷屬參考運用。
三、茲為宣導各項福利服務措施，人事總處業委託廠商製作公教員工福利服務措施動畫短片，另本府人事處製作全國軍公教員工福利服務措施宣導單張，並融入人事總處公務福利ｅ化平台QR code連結，請各機關(學校)利用訓練、授課等場合或擇適當時機提供文宣品及播放動畫短片，並鼓勵公教同仁掃描上開e化平台QR code，以加強宣導效益。
四、動畫短片業置於人事總處全球資訊網（網址：https://www.dgpa.gov.tw）-公務福利e化平台-最新消息區，請自行下載運用。
