說明：
一、為縮短貧富差距，落實推展科學教育，爰規劃辦理本活動，提供經濟弱勢學生全額免費戶外教學機會（含門票、交通、保險、膳費等費用）。
二、本活動參訪日期自即日起至109年11月30日止，目前尚有名額，適用對象為全台(含離島)各國中、國小學校及政府立案之公私立兒童及少年社會福利團體與相關單位其所屬國中、國小經濟弱勢學生，敬請協助轉知所屬學校、機關或團體並鼓勵其踴躍報名參加，有意願者請檢具公函及填復活動計畫（含申請表、學生參訪名冊、匯款資料表等），本館將依來函先後順序核定申請費用，經費有限，用完為止。
三、倘以社會福利團體名義申請本計畫者，除檢具公函及填復活動計畫附件（含申請表、學生參訪名冊、匯款資料表等）外，需再檢附申請單位立案證書、組織章程等文件影本各1份，以資證明。
