一、 依教育部108年12月24日臺教學(六)字第1080188171號函辦理。
二、 為強化青年學子認識與支持國家南海政策，深耕國土主權意識，擴大全民國防教育成效，國防部訂於109年4至7月份期間區分4梯次搭乘軍艦前往太平島實施旨揭研習活動，全程共計9日，援例開放各縣市實際從事全民國防教課程之國中小學教師參加第4梯次研習營隊活動，以強化全民國防之基本概念及知能。
三、 相關資格及報名作業說明如下：
(一) 參加教師資格：由各校推薦（具有中華民國國籍）實際從事全民國防教育課程之教師參加（以不連續參加為原則），經本局初審後陳報教育部辦理複審。
(二) 報名時間：自即起至109年2月14日（星期五）止，請將報名表以郵寄方式（免備文）至「桃園市桃園區縣府路1號14樓-教育局學輔校安室郭威均教官」收。
