說明：
一、依據教育部108年11月1日臺教社(四)字第1080160955號函辦理。
二、旨揭獎項目的係為表揚對推展本土語言具有貢獻之團體或個人以期更多力量投入本土語言之推展，帶動全民提振本土語言傳承，表揚對象包含：機關（構）、公私立幼兒園、學校、學校認可之學生社團（團隊）、依法立案之團體及法人組織及學校教職員工生及實際從事本土語言推展之個人。
三、凡具下列事蹟之一者，均得由推薦單位予以推薦表揚：
(一)從事本土語言之創作、展演、傳播或推廣，足以振奮人心。
(二)從事本土語言復育、調查、研究或出版，具相當成效。
(三)捐資成立或充實有關本土語言之圖書館、博物館或其他文教設施，影響深遠。
四、捐贈、捐助及成立推展本土語言著有績效之團體，貢獻卓著。
