依據桃園市政府108年10月23日府人給字第1080236640號函辦理。
主旨：有關本府所屬各機關學校公教人員健康檢查實施次數認定基準一案，請查照並轉知所屬同仁。
說明：
一、依本府人事處108年10月17日准簽及公務人員保障暨培訓委員會(以下簡稱保訓會)108年9月27日公保字第1080010132號函辦理。
二、為體恤本府所屬各機關學校同仁辛勞，並考量實務需求，本府所屬各機關學校公教人員健康檢查實施次數認定基準，採「年度」計算，即於符合實施健康檢查之年度內檢查，可依規定申請補助。
三、另依前開保訓會函以，有關公務人員一般健康檢查實施要點第4點第1項第2款規定健康檢查實施次數「每2年實施1次」之認定，參酌前行政院人事行政局94年6月6日局給字第0940018045號書函釋，公務人員僅須間隔1個年度後實施健康檢查，即符合規定。保訓會108年2月13日電子郵件關於「每2年實施1次」之認定標準，自108年9月27日起不再適用，併予敘明。
