(一)徵件主題：以「你要去哪裡? WHERE ARE YOU GOING？」為主題，創作1分鐘內的短片，透過精彩的英語介紹或是充滿創意趣味的方式，呈現臺灣在地景點。
(二)報名資格：國小、國中、高中職、大專院校在校生及應屆畢業生(含研究所)，不限科系及日夜間別，且為中華民國國籍。
(三)徵件期間：108年8月28日(三)至9月22日(日)至網站報名(https://forms.gle/d4MXtBZsx4fT5Fjm7)。
