說明：
一、依據國立彰化師範大學108年8月8日數學字第1083200563號函辦理。
二、因應108年新課綱之推動，為協助教師施行新課綱時能清楚掌握數學領域課綱的要義並實踐於課堂中，爰辦理本計畫。將歷年累積成果，
彙整成素養為導向之實踐性實體課程教材，免費提供108學年國小、國中及高中一年級年段之老師現場使用。
三、為使學校更瞭解本計畫內涵及施行方式，將分(中、北、東及南)區舉辦「素養導向課程實踐計畫說明會」，北區場次辦理訊息如下:
(一)時間：108年8月14日(星期三)上午9:00~11:00。
(二)地點：新北市立蘆洲國中(新北市蘆洲區中正路265號)忠孝三樓大會議室。
