(三)內容：本次論壇以「海洋法政與事務管理」為主軸，並設定「聯合國海洋法公約之意涵與實踐」、「海洋事務與資源保育」及「海洋教育實務經驗分享」等三大議題進行研討與交流分享(詳如附件)。
