二、國教署為鼓勵全國國中小學生於暑假運用Cool English英語線上學習平臺之「VOA電影英文」、「動畫歷險記」、「互動式學習影片」、「自然發音法」、「悅讀奇幻王國」、「神奇悅讀之旅」、「字彙大考驗」、「主題式字彙學習」、「篇章結構與重組練習」及「造句練習」等學習專區進行英語學習，俾強化國中小學生聽力、口說、閱讀、字彙與寫作能力等全方位英語能力，特辦理旨揭自學活動。
