一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署(以下稱國教署)108年6月12日臺教國署國字第1080066141號函辦理。
二、國教署自103年委請國立臺灣師範大學建置全方位英語線上學習資源-「英語線上學習平臺」(http://www.coolenglish.edu.tw)，透過介紹平臺豐富多元學習內容及各專區功能特色，以使國中小階段家長瞭解該平臺，提供家長在家引導孩子運用平臺資源進行學習，提升國中小學生聽說讀寫英語學習能力，強化全方位英語學習成效，爰辦理旨案。
三、旨揭說明會分北區及南區兩場次辦理，各場次辦理時間及地點說明如下：
(一)北區：
１、辦理時間：108年7月27日(星期六)下午1時30分至4時。
２、辦理地點：國立臺灣師範大學校本部誠大樓1樓─誠101教室(臺北市大安區和平東路一段162號)。
(二)南區：
１、辦理時間：108年7月27日(星期六)下午1時30分至4時。
２、辦理地點：高雄醫學大學國際學術研究大樓4樓─IR401階梯教室(高雄市三民區十全一路100號)。
