一、依據教育部108年5月28日臺教師(三)字第1080075641號函辦理。
二、為廣泛蒐集及整合各縣市現職教師（高中及國中小）對教師專業倫理規範之意見，教育部委請社團法人中華民國全國教師會辦理旨揭計畫以供教育部後續參考。
三、第一階段桃園市場次時間及地點：108年6月12日（星期三）上午9時30分至11時30分假本市大有國中視聽館（地址：桃園市桃園區大有路215號）辦理。
四、請貴校推派至少1名教師以公（差）假登記及課務排代出席公聽會，本局同意參與之教師，經學校同意後核予公（差）假及課務排代，所遺課務得依規定聘請代課教師並得支領代課鐘點，由學校預算―用人費用―聘僱及兼職人員薪資―兼職人員酬金項下支應。倘有不足再行由本局補助，請將課表傳真至本局高級中等教育科（收件人：科員黃琳棋，傳真號碼03-3320515)，並註明研習內容與公文字號，俾憑辦理後續事宜。
五、另請私立學校惠予參加教師公（差）假登記及本權責辦理課務排代相關事宜。
