一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署(以下稱國教署)108年5月31日臺教國署原字第1080059506號函辦理。
二、因應十二年國教課綱實施新住語文課程，為加強向社會大眾宣導政策及讓學生家長瞭解新課程，鼓勵子女選修，特製作新住民語文課程宣導動畫短片。另為協助學校瞭解各項開課資源及注意事項，製作開課快速指南文宣摺頁及問答集。
三、旨揭動畫短片、摺頁及問答集內容說明如下：
(一)動畫短片2部：大眾篇及家長篇。
１、大眾篇：以新住語文課綱內涵為核心，說明基本理念、課程目標、學習重點、教學資源等，俾利民眾瞭解即將上路的新住民語文課程政策。
２、家長篇：以家長角度為出發，說明為何及如何進行選課，並讓家長清楚選課目的及流程。
(二)開課快速指南文宣摺頁及問答集：為提供學校各項開課資源，包括師資來源、學習教材申請、編班安排等；規劃整備期程，包括每年3月至9月期間開課應辦理之工作及應注意事項等清楚、明確提醒學校各項開課準備工作。
四、旨揭動畫短片、摺頁及問答集業公告於國教署「新住民子女教育資訊網」首頁「108課程資源」區（https://newres.pntcv.ntct.edu.tw/ischool/publish_page/77/），學校下載使用並宣導。
