一、依據國立臺灣師範大學108年3月5日師大數學中字第1081005234號函辦理。
二、旨揭活動訊息說明如下：
(一)時間:108年3月23日(星期六)上午9時至下午4時20分。
(二)地點:臺南市建興國民中學，地址：台南市中西區府前路一段239號。
(三)出席人員：本市國中小數學教師。
(四)報名方式：請於108年3月15日(星期五)中午12點前至https://goo.gl/forms/YDBNJGAsJvroBk5h1網址填寫報名表，逾期不受理。
三、本案課表及相關相關事宜請逕至國立臺灣師範大學數學教育中心網站(http://www.sdime.ntnu.edu.tw/main.php)查詢。
四、「奠基進教室共備營培訓」證書：
(一)符合上述資格的數學教師，參加國立臺灣師範大學數學教育中心舉行的「奠基進教室共備營培訓」，並完成所有課程內容(需上滿該組別每一模組課程)取得認證合格者，頒發該組別「奠基進教室共備營培訓」證書。
(二)為確保培育之數學活動師品質，若其中一模組未上滿該模組課程2/3時數者，可繼續旁聽研習課程，但不給予奠基進教室共備營培訓證書。
(三)取得「奠基進教室共備營培訓證書」資格者，方可申請辦理國立臺灣師範大學數學教育中心的「數學活動研習營計畫-Fun奠數學營」。
五、請貴校本於權責核予出席人員公假登記。
