二、旨揭計畫各類活動摘要如下(辦理日期詳見附件)：
(一)第二次諮詢輔導活動：107學年度正在執行計畫之「受訪學校」、「教學訪問教師」報告及分享計畫執行情形，諮詢輔導委員現場透過訪談及對話，了解實際運作為順利妥當，或者窒礙難行須尋求相關單位協助提供解決策略，並歡迎現場參與人員提問或者回饋交流。
(二)受訪學校發表座談：邀請「受訪學校」到場自主提出需求與合作的初步規劃，與現場有意願合作之教師對話溝通，期能聚焦雙方之需求與專長，亦能符合本計畫之核心目標。
