一、依據國立臺灣師範大學108年1月22日師大數學中字第1081002012號函辦理。
二、研習目的：本研習工作坊是為培養國中、小數學教師具備數學素養導向教學之能力。透過數學奠基模組與12年國教數學課程之結合，並以課程規劃實作、共備及討論等方式進行。以期幫助中、小學教師能有效接軌12年國教之教學，並幫助學生能藉由有趣的數學活動，奠立其學習數學的先備經驗，提高學習意願，更能培養其數學素養。
三、主辦單位：教育部國民及學前教育署。
四、委辦單位：國立臺灣師範大學數學教育中心。
五、協辦單位：國立臺中教育大學。
六、研習對象：本次活動主要針對各縣市數學輔導團之輔導員、奠基進教室模組設計師及奠基進教室教學實作之教師。
七、名額：臺中場各組（國小中年級組、國小高年級及國中組各開一班），每班以28名為原則，並視報名情況調整。
八、研習時間及地點：
(一)時間:2019年2月16日(星期六)9:00至16:20。
(二)地點:國立臺中教育大學（403台中市西區民生路140號）。
九、報名方式：臺中場請於2019年2月11日(星期一)中午12點前至以下網址填寫報名表，逾期不受理。報名網址:(https://goo.gl/forms/9sbcPEB6Kvz8KrVG3)。
十、費用：本次活動不收取任何費用，有提供午餐，其他保險費、住宿及交通費請自理。
十一、「奠基進教室共備營培訓」證書：
(一)符合上述資格的數學教師，參加國立臺灣師範大學數學教育中心舉行的「奠基進教室共備營培訓」，並完成所有課程內容(需上滿該組別每一模組課程)取得認證合格者，頒發該組別「奠基進教室共備營培訓」證書。
(二)為確保培育之數學活動師品質，若其中一模組未上滿該模組課程2/3時數者，可繼續旁聽研習課程，但不給予奠基進教室共備營培訓證書。
(三)取得「奠基進教室共備營培訓證書」資格者，方可申請辦理國立臺灣師範大學數學教育中心的「數學活動研習營計畫-Fun奠數學營」。
