一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署(以下稱國教署)108年1月14日臺教國署原字第1080004185號函辦理。
二、國教署與國立教育廣播電臺合作規劃新闢「說印尼語，真酷！」、「輕鬆學・越南語」及「泰好學・泰有趣」印越泰3國兒童母語廣播語言學習節目，希藉由廣播收聽親子共學，增進新住民子女對媽媽母國文化的了解和尊重，由母語老師及新二代學生共同主持，以標準的發音、清楚的聲調，進行活潑有趣的情境式會話，並帶入各國文化介紹，落實「成就每一個孩子」的願景，「尊重多元文化」之目標，進而提升國家整體競爭力。
三、自108年1月1日起配合國小晨光時間，每週一至週五上午7時20分至7時30分在教育電台全國聯播頻道陸續播出，節目以學生為學習主體設計主題式內容，搭配生動有趣的故事、會話與歌謠，參考新住民語文學習教材改編為廣播內容，讓聽眾能從生動活潑的節目中，理解新住民國家語言與文化，並樂於學習新住民母國語文。
四、「說印尼語，真酷！」播出日期為108年1月1日起至2月11日止，「泰好學・泰有趣」播出日期為108年2月12日起至3月25日止，「輕鬆學・越南語」節目播出日期為108年3月26日起至5月6日止，播出當日如無法按時收聽，可至國立教育廣播電臺官網https://channelplus.ner.gov.tw/community隨選收聽，整套節目播出後將完整典藏於國立教育廣播電臺Channel+ 網站語言學習專區隨選收聽http://newchannel.ner.gov.tw/。
