說明：
一、活動背景與目標：為增進臺美大專院校針對醫療與有氧太極教學之交流合作，並培訓專業師資成為傳播種子，本校運動休閒系特與「美國國際高校太極聯盟」合作舉辦研習活動。
二、參加對象與名額：臺灣各級學校師生及非營利組織之體適能健身相關教練、太極拳愛好者、醫生、護士等，共計50名。
三、活動內容：
(一)介紹美國大專院校以太極作為發展醫療養生與預防醫學之教材及教法新趨勢。
(二)簡易之太極拳技法、功能與其應用。
(三)參與美國大專院校醫療及有氧太極培訓班，由主辦單位聘請名師教學，結業後若申請測試合格，可分別授與證書。
四、活動程期與地點：
(一)時間：2019年1月19日(週六)9：00~17:00、2019年1月20日(週日)9：00~17:00
(二)地點：本校運動休閒系(臺中市沙鹿區臺灣大道6段1018號)
